Reserved Group Hospitality: Dress Code Policy

At Reserved Group Hospitality, we strive to create a sophisticated and enjoyable atmosphere for all our guests. To ensure a seamless entry and experience at our venues, please adhere to our dress code:

Dress Code Policy:

Trendy Chic, Smart Casual, or Formal Attire.

Strictly Prohibited:

- SLIPPERS
- FLATS
- SWEATPANTS
- ATHLETIC SHORTS
- STREETWEAR (BAGGY CLOTHES, BANDANAS)
- SPORTS JERSEYS
- WORK BOOTS OR COMBAT-STYLE BOOTS

Management reserves the right to refuse entry for dress code violations. Please note, all ticket types are for standing room only. Refunds are not issued for dress code-related entry refusals.

Refund Policy: Strictly No Refunds

All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, personal reasons, date conflicts, and weather conditions. In the event of a cancellation without a rescheduled date, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method. Your ticket purchase signifies agreement to this policy. We strongly advise reviewing event details thoroughly before purchasing. Disputes contradicting this policy will be contested.

Cancellation Policy

Reserved Group Hospitality: Cancellation Policy

Credit/Voucher Option: Should you find yourself unable to attend an event for which you've purchased tickets, we offer the flexibility to receive a credit or voucher equivalent to the value of your purchase. This credit can be applied towards future events organized by Reserved Group Hospitality.

Ticket Transfers: Alternatively, you may opt to transfer your ticket to a future event of equal value, subject to availability and event specifications.

To request a credit, voucher, or ticket transfer, kindly reach out to our customer service team at least [specific number of days] days prior to the event. The credit or voucher will remain valid for [specify the duration, e.g., one year] from the date of issue and can be utilized for any Reserved Group Hospitality event within that timeframe.

Please note that credits or vouchers are issued only once per purchase and are non-transferrable. They hold no cash value and must be utilized in full; any remaining balance will not be carried over.

We deeply appreciate your understanding and cooperation, and we remain dedicated to ensuring your experience with Reserved Group Hospitality exceeds expectations.

Age Restriction
